Heyan House is a society & maintenance management platform for residents, committees and landlords. Pricing is simple and per unit (flat/house), billed monthly — you pay only for the units you manage.
Society Maintenance Management

- Online maintenance dues & collection (UPI, cards, net banking)
- Digital receipts and full payment history, per unit and per month

How maintenance collection works
The maintenance amount charged to each resident is set by their own society or committee and is calculated per unit. Residents pay their monthly maintenance online through the platform, and funds settle to the respective society/landlord's linked account. The per-unit fee above is the platform service fee for running the software.
Taxes & billing
Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (e.g. GST), which are added at checkout where relevant. Billing is monthly based on the number of active units. For a custom quote for large societies or multiple buildings, please contact us.
